Based in Hanover, Indiana, Ryan has deep roots in the Ohio Valley. He is an alumnus of Southwestern Junior-Senior High School and pursued further education at Liberty University. His diverse background and focus on personal integrity provide the foundation for the customer-first culture at Red Roofing.

As the co-owner of LBC – Leach & Brown Construction, LLC, Ryan has spent years building a reputation for reliability and excellence in the local trades. He believes that business is about more than just transactions—it’s about stewardship and helping neighbors protect what matters most.

Ryan is a man of faith and family who is actively involved in the Hanover and Madison communities. Stephen Brown is a seasoned professional in the construction and home improvement industry, bringing a wealth of hands-on experience and a meticulous eye for detail to the Red Roofing LLC leadership team.
Originally from Louisville, Kentucky, and a graduate of Butler High School, Stephen has spent years mastering the complexities of structural builds and exterior renovations. Before co-founding Red Roofing LLC, he established a strong reputation as the Owner of LBC – Leach & Brown Construction, LLC, where he specialized in high-end custom carpentry and outdoor structures.

Stephen’s approach to roofing is rooted in the same principles that guided his success in custom construction: integrity, durability, and craftsmanship. Stacey Brown | Office Administrator
Stacey Brown is the organizational backbone of Red Roofing LLC, serving as the primary point of contact for clients and the internal lead for company operations. With a career built on efficiency and a genuine passion for helping people, Stacey ensures that every project transitions smoothly from the initial consultation to the final inspection.
A graduate of Madison Consolidated High School and Oakland City University, Stacey combines her local roots with a professional background in management to provide a seamless experience for homeowners in the Ohio Valley.
Role & Impact
As the Office Administrator, Stacey handles the vital logistics that keep the Red Roofing team moving. Her responsibilities include:
- Client Advocacy: Managing schedules and ensuring every customer’s questions are answered promptly and clearly.
- Operational Excellence: Streamlining billing, permitting, and documentation to keep projects on track and on budget.
- Communications: Serving as the bridge between our roofing crews and our clients, ensuring a transparent and stress-free process.

Stacey is a lifelong resident of Madison, Indiana, and is deeply invested in the growth and well-being of her community. Married to co-owner Stephen Brown, she shares the company’s “family-first” values and takes great pride in knowing that Red Roofing helps protect the homes of her neighbors and friends.
When she isn’t managing the office, Stacey enjoys staying active in local Madison events and spending time with her family. Her warm personality and “can-do” attitude are the first things many of our customers notice, and they are the driving forces behind our office’s success.
