1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, submitting a form, booking an appointment, or communicating with us, you agree to these Terms. SMS messages require your separate opt-in; using the website or providing a phone number does not automatically enroll you.
2. Services
We provide roofing inspections, estimates, repairs, replacements, storm damage restoration, and new construction roofing. Estimates, timelines, and availability are subject to change. Project-specific written agreements govern the work we perform.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate contact information and use our website and communications channels lawfully. You may not misuse our systems, send harmful content, or attempt unauthorized access.
4. Electronic Communications
We may communicate with you about your requests by email or phone, consistent with your preferences and applicable law. SMS/MMS communications are subject to the separate consent and mobile messaging terms below.

B. Program Description
By opting in, you agree to receive SMS/MMS messages from Red Roofing LLC about appointment reminders and scheduling updates, estimates, job and project communications, service notifications, and customer support. If you separately opt in to marketing, you may also receive promotional offers and reminders.
Service and marketing SMS consent are separate, optional choices. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can request services without opting in to either category.
C. Message Frequency
Messages may be recurring. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us, appointments, project activity, and the messaging categories you choose, including marketing if separately selected.

Message & data rates may apply.
E. Opt-Out
Reply STOP to cancel at any time. After opting out, you may receive a confirmation of your request. You will no longer receive messages from the program unless you opt in again.

G. Carriers and Delivery
Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
H. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, and be authorized to use the phone number you provide. Notify us if your number changes or is reassigned.
I. Privacy
Your use of the mobile messaging program is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or communications. These Terms do not limit rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will appear on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website or services indicates acceptance of the updated Terms; changes do not substitute for any required SMS consent.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Indiana. Disputes will be handled in Indiana unless otherwise required by law.
